Sintam — Land-Collateral Loan & Mortgage Management System

Technology: Next.js · PostgreSQL (Row-Level Security) · Redis · Docker

A full ERP for land-collateral lending businesses (จำนอง/ขายฝาก) — contract origination, interest calculated against Thailand's statutory rate ceiling (Civil & Commercial Code s.654), automatic arrears tracking and legal-deadline alerts, receipts, and a public marketplace for listing foreclosed land, plus a client portal for borrowers to check their own balance.

✅ Result: Replaced all paper record-keeping, with automatic handoff of overdue cases to the partner law firm

Nititam — Law Firm Practice Management System

Technology: Next.js · PostgreSQL (Row-Level Security) · Auth.js · Docker

A full case-management system for a law firm — intake, conflict-of-interest checks before taking a case, document and evidence management, court calendar, and a client portal for tracking case progress.

✅ Result: Automatically receives and tracks cases handed off from Sintam via an HMAC-authenticated API

SAK Ruam Chang — CNC Machine Shop Management System

A job-tracking system for an engine-remanufacturing and CNC machine shop — built for job-shop workflows keyed by engine/part spec, not a general car-repair garage. Currently in early-stage development with the shop owner.

✅ Result: In development — an early version is live for the owner to try

Restaurant POS — Multi-Branch

Technology: Rust · Dioxus (WASM) · PostgreSQL (RLS) · Redis

A full point-of-sale system for dine-in restaurants across multiple branches — order-taking at the counter or by customer QR self-order, recipe-based ingredient stock tracking, checkout, staff shift management, and per-branch profit & loss reporting.

✅ Result: A live demo instance — the real system is already serving a working restaurant
